Standing on 10 million square metres of land reclaimed from the ocean and protected by an 8.5 kilometre long sea wall, Eko Atlantic will be the size of Manhattan’s skyscraper district. Self-sufficient and sustainable, it includes state-of-the-art urban design, its own power generation, clean water, advanced telecommunications, spacious roads, and tree-lined streets.

😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
finally some reaction , this has been the slowest project amongst the major projects on the continent
I want to live here 😭😭. I'm trying hard to
BKoffi zotrakpe ahlin travail a eko Atlantic
How disappointing
I hope the developers would not spoil this city with fences? Nigeria should invest in cctv cameras instead of fencing houses.
At least you decided to give us video today after a long while, we really appreciate
This is commendable
Nice
A stadium here will be okay likewise a entertainment center ❤
🇳🇬
Is it 400v or 220v 4:05 ?
It's will be great to see eko international stadium
What will make Eko Atlantic stand out.. 1..Tallest building in Africa 2. World class stadium 3. An Arena for musical concerts and conferences that capable of 17-20k capacity. 4. World class mall. Etc.
Facts 👌🏾
😮😮😮
It is growing
Eko Atlantic is the version 2 of Lekki nothing much different. It's funny that Residentials are considering as big massive projects it looks like a big house that you can see in the private village. 🤣😂
Your comment doesn't make sense
They have been on this for years it’s gonna finish in this century
Why are you lying 😂 some buildings here started their ground breaking last why some early this year like the US consulate started their building last year.
@@TrillionTrillion-st3sm Eko Atlantic has been there since many years ago
Guys-a lot of companies will troop in soon- what is the essence of companies where there are no people - people first then companies - that's why residential buildings are priorities - in addition - some of those seem-to-empty lands are sold out already - perhaps to companies too- moreover there are more acres of land to be added like phase 4 is ongoing and more phases to be added as soon as a previous is completed. Slow and steady wins the race!.- calm down
We loviit ❤
Congratulations from West Africa to Nigeria
No business ...Just residential -- anybody knows why the uptake is very slow ...this project is taking forever
We need people like u with money to come buy up the plots and build faster.
Okay but why is there another 2 new villas again that are being under construction? It's already have 2 villas in recent years ago and now we have 4 villas plus 2 churches! Totally wasting land property reclamation! Still I don't see any vision on this project.
Check out the master plan of the city to clear your ignorance. Ideally, you shouldn't expect every spaces in the city to incorporates skyscraper. Saying the villas and churches are contributing to the wastage of land reclamation, got me thinking if you invested your money into the city project.
@@okesegun2118 I already checked 13x the master plan believe me or not the developers aren't pursuing the original plan everything is a mess! Of course churches and villas are still matters why did you waste reclamation land for this cheap projects? EA is meant for modern Skyscrapers not another Banana island and Lekki Island! Look at what Egypt new administrative capital it's already completed and very modern city! Nigeria is a big joke! 😑
@@scnitkapolska5598 Egypt's administration capital already completed 😦😦😦? You got to be kidding me. Even in the master plan of Egypt's new capital city, there are numerous phases that will incorporate bungalows, villas etc. The 2nd phase of Eko Atlantic city which is the business district, will incorporate minimum of 35 floors and maximum of 50-60 floors confirmed from the owner. If you want to know more about the ongoing project of Eko Atlantic city, I recommend you to search for "Eko Atlantic city skyscrapercity"
You don't understand what the project is about.
@@scnitkapolska5598 so u now agree churches ND villa matters... Why R u sounding as though every land there will b used for churches ND villa??
This mall is huge. Wow
Gradually, Steadily, Surely ❤❤❤
I know we don't get natural disasters like earthquake here, but does this city and the buildings in it have the technology to withstand a earthquake?
Is it your blasted wish that the city experience that horrendous disaster? As you have stated, Nigeria has never experienced earthquake before, but raising a question as to whether or not the city might experience if it doesn't utilizes an advanced technology got me thinking that you must possess a malevolent mind.
0:08 @@okesegun2118 Mr 'god forbid' or Mr 'we are cover with the blood of Jesus ' , Nobody wishes for a disaster but that doesn't mean you shouldn't plan towards it, natural disasters doesn't care about your emotions, okay so just because Nigeria has not experienced earthquake before means it can never happen or means the city planners should not plan towards a scenario that a earthquake can happen in the future before building a multi billion dollar city? I'm the one worried and hoping that the city has the technology to handle such natural disaster if it were to happen but I'm the one with the malevolent mind, you too wise, sodiki 0:08 0:08
You have no idea how much risk assessment and analysis that went into construction like this. They carried out environmental risk analysis before embarking on construction, meanwhile Nigeria is not an earthquake prone zone and the long Eko Atlantic wall is built to withstand ocean surge, so it protects the city adequately!
Nice, hope you show us when it's up to a hundred days
Nice to see a mall finally in the works, when completed, it'd bring the city alive with a teeming number of people trooping in daily to shop there. A stadium in this place would be stuff of dreams
😢a stadium would be nice
A stadium would be nice
I need eko Atlantic to house the tallest building in Africa man 😤
It will be epic, though I no get money buh I like projects like this to boost the Nigeria economy and create jobs
Exactly
Happy to see the recent boost in construction activities. Seems you guys dropped prices on land spaces. Keep it up
A lot of residential building though... hoped to see companies
Same
Companies? In an urban development?? Would you like if they were producing cement or Coca-Cola in the front of your house and trucks line up on your streets night and day?
@@ajayifolami6242 I was talking about corporate head office... not factories.
@@ajayifolami6242 you don't get what we are saying I work in new york ,it's a mix of residential and corporate offices not just residential, thise that work and make money in thise corporate offices are those that demand those resources so they work together, if there's no people who make money who will tent theose residential properties
@@kunleajibade9602 okay then.
Nigerians will start running back to Nigeria real soon , haha .. A lot of Nigerians don't even know what's going on ..
Looking forward to Louisville
Lovely project
Beautiful indeed
Failed project coz of corruption
A comment from an highly bittered but Ignorant man who doesn't know that a CITY is beyond a project,BUT a project in continuum!
Which failed project? But you can see the American Government building the world's biggest consulate general there. We understand your pain sha.
Try to change yourself first
It's a private project. All the buildings are being built privately.
@alindasolomon1877 Stop with your foolish talk ..
Everywhere soft
Add to (mitigatable) side-effects of beach "renourishment": Shark attacks via 1) direct access channels (esp to areas between "sandbars"), and 2) bait-fish populations created near recent dredging 🌊🏊
20 years.? What a shame. Should have used the money to improve Nigerian lives . What a waste
This describes the Yorùbá proverb: T'ẹni bẹ́ igi L'ó jù, Igi a rúwé
wonderful, this is how green cities are built, plant and don't cut anyhow cuz it takes a tremendous amount of time for trees to grow back when cut
How much is 2 or 3 bedroom flat?please let me know
Amazing good work
Underground cables are the future!?😂😂😂
Let's hope the current lagos state government approves it 😅
Very beautiful
Criminal country and organization
wow strong spiritual only the wise will understand the purpose for this
So many pessimists on EA matter. God will disappoint all of you. FYI, the land is almost 90% sold out.😂
Can we convert into a agricultural use by some other process
